Avolura service

Avolura provides software for service businesses to create a public booking page, present services and prices, receive appointment requests, organize client messages and prepare owner-approved AI-assisted draft replies.

Avolura is not a marketplace, payment processor, lead guarantee service, telephone system, call center or automatic appointment confirmation service.

Free beta access

Avolura is currently offered as a free beta for selected early businesses. During the current beta, Avolura does not collect setup fees, monthly subscription fees, payment card details or in-app payments.

Beta access can be limited, paused or ended if the service needs maintenance, security review, product changes or manual onboarding capacity. Paid plans may be introduced later, but beta users will be informed before any paid use starts.

Business owner responsibility

  • Business owners are responsible for account access and accurate business data.
  • Service names, descriptions, prices, durations, policies and availability must be kept current.
  • Each business remains responsible for legal obligations on its public booking page.
  • Bookings are requests unless and until the business confirms them.
  • Businesses must not use Avolura to make misleading, unlawful or unverified claims.

Public booking pages and client requests

Public booking pages allow clients to request appointments and send questions. A submitted request is not an automatic final booking confirmation unless the business separately confirms it through its own workflow.

Avolura does not guarantee bookings, leads, revenue, marketplace visibility or client demand. The business remains responsible for how it communicates availability, prices and appointment confirmation to clients.

Messages and AI draft replies

AI draft replies are suggestions only. Clients receive a reply only after the business reviews, edits where needed and sends the final human-approved response.

AI drafts must not be treated as medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. Risky, urgent or unclear conversations should be reviewed by a qualified human before any reply is sent.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Avolura for spam, abusive messages, deceptive content or unlawful services.
  • Do not upload images, text or files without the necessary rights.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, tenant isolation or security controls.
  • Do not use public forms to collect data unlawfully or mislead clients.
  • Do not send sensitive special-category data unless it is necessary and legally permitted.

Availability, changes and support

Avolura is a beta product and may change as it is tested with early businesses. Features can be adjusted, improved, renamed, limited or removed. The operator may perform maintenance, security updates and data-protection reviews before wider public launch.

Support during beta is provided on a reasonable-effort basis through the contact details shown on this site. No fixed uptime or response-time guarantee is promised during the free beta.

Data, exports and termination

Business owners can request account assistance, export support or deletion review by contacting the operator. Data deletion may be limited where retention is required for security, legal obligations, dispute handling, backups or abuse prevention.

The operator may suspend or remove access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, illegal content, severe misuse or unresolved legal risk.

Liability and no guarantees

Avolura is provided during beta to help businesses test booking pages, request intake and client communication workflows. The service is not a substitute for professional business, legal, medical, tax or compliance advice.

The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific business results, confirmed appointments, leads, revenue, ranking positions or AI draft accuracy.
